Just kidding! This took months of work and isn’t some nervous system trick that allows the client to achieve the results in the gym and lose them as soon as they stand up.
We all want results that happen instantaneous but the truth is anything worth having takes work and time.
We put in the work to achieve these results but surprisingly we didn’t do much of this stretch or foam rolling.
We focused on increasing thoracic extension through exercise selection while getting in a great overall workout.
We didn’t have to sacrifice multiple workouts or change our exercise experience while still achieving results!
Sometime you just have to put in the work and that’s what me and my team here are here to help you accomplish, your goals!
Don’t add more challenge to your nervous system for the sake of it.
Unstable surfaces usually cause the nervous system to restrict movement, strength, effort, etc…
Challenge your balance and muscles on solid ground and see those balance gains improve!
Rolling is one of the best ways to improve so many facets of your fitness journey.

I paired this rolling exercise with heavy squats. This allowed me to work on everything above while still strength training.
I find pairing ground based movements with multi joint movements allows me to access more Range of Motion and challenge my vestibular system with both exercises.
Rolling along with ground based movement is something we do so much as a child and forget as an adult and it shows! Get back on the floor and play around like you did as a kid and reap the benefits!
