Artists for Animals
We are a group of artists combining our talents and our love for animals to raise money for animal rescue causes.
We raise awareness for homeless animals and animal rescue organizations -- and raise funds-- by organizing concerts, art shows, contests and auctions.
Rest in peace, Jesse Pibble ❤️
We are heartbroken.
This morning Jesse suddenly was unable to use his hind legs, and the ER discovered that he had both a ruptured disc and a large tumor on his spleen. It was without a doubt time to help him on his journey to the rainbow bridge, after 16 1/2 years of a wonderful life.
Jesse was the most loving, mischievous, and challenging boy I’ve ever known. He required a lifestyle, but he was worth everything. Learning to live without Jesse will be a process…we did so many things to accommodate a happy life with our “house rhinoceros”
Huge thanks to my parents, and Jessiree and Derik Adams. Jesse knew he was loved until his very last breath.
Run free, my very best boy. Please give Callie a big kiss from us❤️

INCOMING FOSTER: Junebug!
The amazing Katie Mc Guinness has watched emaciated Junebug pacing on an apartment balcony every single day for weeks…all day, every day. We decided it was best to connect with Junebug’s family to make sure everything was okay. The family returned the call immediately, said they overwhelmed with young kids, and simply couldn’t take care of her. They welcomed our offer to foster and transition her to a new home.
Junebug is 11 months old, walks well on a leash, is crate trained and house broken, loves kids, and rides well in a car. She needs all puppy vetting, spay, socialization, and MAJOR fattening up, which we are happy to provide!
I will provide more updates as we get to know each other better❤️
Junebug will be available for adoption in the coming weeks, once we’ve been to the vet and get her a little healthier. One look at her and you know why I already love her…she’s my type of pup! She will be an amazing companion for a lucky adopter!
My three minutes of fame. I try to post this every year to remind people to support their local animal shelters! Everyone can make a difference.

Thank you to the performers, audience members, long-time supporters, and those who contributed to various fundraisers. It takes a village, but what a village we make.
Music and art changes lives!❤️

Fostering is an incredibly rewarding experience. Somehow these sweet lives end up being unwanted, stray, or surrendered to city shelters, but each and every one is *perfect*, unique, forgiving, and full of life and love.
Sweet Pea is an amazing puppy with one of the sweetest personalities I’ve ever met. If Road Trip 4 Paws hadn’t jumped in to rescue her, there’s no saying where she may have ended up. These dogs and cats deserve the very best lives.
I’m fundraising for the Concert for Kindness, which takes place this Saturday, March 23 at 4:00pm (Dallas Zoo Experience) and 5:15pm performance at the Meyerson Symphony Center. Every dollar raised through donations and ticket sales will be given to local volunteer 501c3 rescue organizations that save lives like Sweet Pea’s EVERY SINGLE DAY.
If you can, please consider donating to my Facebook fundraiser, or through the Artists for Animals website (link in comments).
❤️❤️We can make the biggest impact together❤️❤️
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ 🍀
Our latest update is that we’ve taken in an amazing foster, who hopefully will be able to attend the Concert for Kindness! Will she howl along or will she not howl along with the music? That is the question!!
Sweet Pea is a 5-month-old collie (?) mix puppy who was rescued along with her 2 sisters by Road Trip 4 Paws.
Road Trip 4 Paws has been a beneficiary of the Artists for Animals Community Grant Program for years, as they work hard every single day to rescue dogs like Sweet Pea from shelters and place them into foster homes.
All donations to the Concert for
Kindness benefit dogs like Sweet Pea (or cats like Gabby!) and the rescues who work so hard to support them throughout their journeys to forever homes.
Please consider attending the concert (next Saturday!) or, if you’re able, please donate (donation link in comments)
Introducing Sweet Pea, the cutest foster puppy❤️
5 months, female, available through Road Trip 4 Paws!
She says to please excuse her droopy eyes…today was a huge day with boosters, spay surgery, and waking up unexpectedly in a new foster home!
