Last week, partner Lauren Melhart served as Course Director for the 46th Marriage Dissolution Institute put on by the State Bar of Texas and the Family Law Section. Partner Jonathan Bates presented at the Institute regarding reimbursement, reconstitution and disproportionate division.

Partner Lauren Melhart attended the 39th Annual TAFLS Trial Institute in Savannah this past week. She participated in the divorce trial for Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, playing the role of Beth's attorney regarding property issues.
