Swimmers from all 22 high schools will compete Friday in the Dallas ISD All-City Swimming Championships at Loos Natatorium. Competition begins at 1 p.m. and will continue to approximately 5 p.m. See you there!

Welcome Coach Caroline Small as our new Blue Team Coach !!


Hello! My name is Caroline Small, I have worked with children in a variety of settings from babysitting to daycare, after school programs, swim lessons, coaching at my neighborhood pool, and most recently teaching. I am going into my second year of teaching Kindergarten in RISD.
I also have been swimming for as long as I can remember! I learned to swim at the age of three and joined my neighborhood summer league at the age of 4. I swam for them every summer until I became a coach for them at the age of 17 and continued to coach for them for years to follow. At the age of 10 I joined ATAC and swam with them until I went off to college! Additionally, I swam for my high school team while swimming on ATAC and was the DISD district champion in the 100 fly in 2016. I swam for the club swim team in college for fun and to remain in the water, my second home!
I am thrilled to be back at ATAC, I have so many fond memories looking back. I look forward to coaching, getting to know your swimmers, helping them become stronger each day, and making their swimming experience fun and meaningful both in and out of the water!

Today, Jonah reset his 12 day old 200 Free ATAC Team record with a 2:02.91 finishing 11th at TAGS. An hour later he swam a time in the 400 IM that reset his 12 day old record by over 8 seconds !!!
He swam a 4:48.70 placing 4th !!

The Young Man was Amazing again today at TAGS !!!
Jonah lowered his team record that he set 12 days ago in the 200 Freestyle going a 2:02.91 !!
He rewrote his 400 IM record set 12 days ago by 4.5 seconds in the preliminaries, then swam Another 4 seconds faster in the finals finishing 4th in a 4:48.70 !!
Two new Team records, two new AAAA times !!

He keeps getting better and better !! After turning 13 less than two months ago he placed 12th in the state in the 200 I.M. In a 2:18.77. He just missed the ATAC Team record by .15 of a second !!
