Some of our key takeaways from the event:
- Inclusivity starts at home. Let's celebrate differences, starting with our children, fostering awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity.
- True inclusivity is about crafting workplaces that honor a spectrum of unique needs. Lead by example: embody inclusive behaviors, inspiring others to follow suit.
- Recognize and celebrate the richness of neurological differences just as we do with other forms of diversity, be it gender, race, or ethnicity.
- Neurodivergent individuals should feel empowered to ask for what they need at work, enabling neurotypical leaders to provide tailored accommodations.
