JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for purchasing/receiving project materials (interior design and custom)
- Handle basic accounting/invoices/vendor payments
- Regularly update website/LinkedIn/Pinterest/HOUZZ images
- Social media: Promote projects, create a story, and generate innovative promotional ideas. (creativity encouraged)
- Create Blogs on WordPress and e-Blasts via MailChimp
- Create and manage reports/client e-mails/attend SEO meetings
- Support design staff
- Attend industry events (optional) with design team
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Great people skills and phone etiquette
- Experience with GoogleMyBusiness, Microsoft Office, Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn/Pinterest/YouTube, MailChimp, basic photo and video Editing
