1 1/2. Pounds chicken or skirt steak cut into strips
1 large bell pepper cut into strips
3 large jalapenos seated and cut into strips
1 large onion julienne
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons 5 Aces taco seasoning
1 teaspoon 5 Aces Cajun seasoning
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss until well coated. In a large cast iron skillet heat 2 tablespoons of lard on medium high heat. Once the pan and lard nice and hot toss all ingredients in the pan and cook until the meat is done and vegetables are tender serve with warm tortillas

Congratulations to 6-year-old Jep Hayes, of Adairsville, on this big largemouth bass he caught yesterday! They didn't have any scales handy, but guessed the fish to weigh around 8 pounds.
Dylan Blalock, of Calhoun, caught this massive 48-pound catfish from the Oostanaula River in Gordon County. Congratulations Dylan!
Congratulations to 12-year-old Easton Brown on this massive 13.5-pound bass caught from a private pond in Loganville. Logan's reel broke while fighting the fish, and he had to drag it up on the bank by hand.

A new Lake Sinclair record blue catfish was caught this weekend by Guy Covington, of Social Circle, that pulled the certified scales to 79.5 pounds.
