Progress shots and alllmost completed photos of a 1200 amp 3 phase service we’ve been working on.

Due to supply issues Eversource allowed us to use a top fed 1200 amp main switch with an underground set up (hence the pipes running along the brick wall). Not the way we like it but we gotta do what we can to get power now a days.

Today we did a motor replacement on a 14kw generator. Motor was covered under generac warranty. Any generator problems? Give us a call. We are a generac certified service dealer.

These clients had an old directory printed out on computer paper in there lobby. They contacted us to install this. We had to add an outlet and mount the enclosure and tv. All programming was done by the client.

Haven’t posted in some time now so we wanted to show you a little of what we’ve been up to.

We like the jobs that not every electrician will take on. This is what separates us from the others. We like a challenge, we like thinking outside the box.

This is a Hartley Botanic green house. These greenhouses are handmade in the UK. The top louvered windows work off of a shock filled with bees wax. When the inside temperature reaches 60 degrees, the windows start to open. This was an awesome project to be apart of.

Service change from today. It’s hard to see here but there are a lot of circuits coming off one fuse. What people tend to do is put bigger fuses in so they don’t continue to blow. This is VERY dangerous.

DYB AAA (9-10 year olds) fall champions. We’ve sponsored 3 seasons in DYB and we have a great record. 2 championships and a 2nd place finish.

Such a great group of kids that learned a lot and had a lot of fun. This is all we really want in the teams we sponsor. Coach Sean and I had a blast coaching all of these kids and are looking forward to spring already.

Been awhile since we’ve posted any of our work. We have been super busy with major time restricting jobs so have not been able to take pictures. Yesterday we were able to slow it down and get a couple shots of a service upgrade we did.

This was an emergency meter and riser change we did on Friday. No pictures of final product and it started to torrential rain as we were putting the covers on.

Customer stated she only had power in half her house. Based on our investigations we found water running through the jacket of the riser and running right through the meter into the main breaker, causing it to short out internally.

We love doing specialized jobs that everyone else says no to.

Take a look at this louvered pergola we installed lights and a fan on today. These are tricky as there are “gutters” for the water to flow and then go down the post, so we can’t just drill or put screws anywhere we want. On this system we integrated a caseta set up with pico remote switch for lights. Fan is also controlled by remote.

This was a very happy customer when we were done.

Today was a day for changing panels. It all started with wiring a new heat pump. When we got there, we quickly realized that the panels should be changed. We suggested it to the home owner with our reasonings and they realized for there safety it was a good idea. So today we changed 3 panels that are known to be fire hazards. 2 panels were in a 2 family building which housed the care taker and an office space. The other panel was located in a barn. It was a long but good day.

Finished up a commercial project yesterday. On this job we had to do a panel upgrade, complete re-wire, all new lighting, emergency and exit lighting, an air filtering system, heat pump, and had to wire all the individual heat units. We also ran all the data lines for telephone and internet access. Once the walls are painted, we will go back to plate all of our devices.
