A note from Cory on this beer: Auf Wiedersehen, "See you Again" is my final collaboration with my long time friend, coworker, and mentor Marc Wilson of Oswego Brewing Co.. It's bittersweet to see him go, but our final beer is bound to leave a lasting impression on all types of beer drinkers. A beautiful marriage of Belgian tradition and new world hops. Thus our New Zealand Tripel was born. Carefully crafted to highlight its many great features. A specific Belgian yeast that has both the desirable esters and phenols without being overbearing. It also delivers a nice dry, crisp, and pleasantly clean tartness to the body which accentuates the terroir white grape from the Nelson Sauvin and the ripe grapefruit passion fruit from Riwaka. We are OVERRUN by mimic’s here at Miskatonic, that can only mean ONE THING… BARREL-AGED MIMIC ESCAPED! That’s right, to celebrate 7 years of #LovecraftBeer, we caught some FRESH Dungeon Master: Barrel-Aged Mimic! We took our Dungeon Master imperial stout base and aged it for over a year in bourbon barrels. We infused this bad boy with loads of toasted coconut. Round, rich, and chocolatey flavors draw you back for another sip. (We can’t promise the bottles will change into mimics…) Oh, you want MORE barrel-aged beer? We got you COVERED! We have an extra special SURPRISE release, ESB SQUARED! We took our beloved ESB collaboration with More Brewing Co. and threw it into some fresh rum barrels to give this deliciously malty beer a boozy kick! Oh, MORE BEER? You want ANOTHER beer? Alright alright, we will deliver. Our last 7th year anniversary beer is a BRAND NEW addition to our Dungeon Master series. Cory & Mik just finished canning and kegging up DUNGEON MASTER: BONE HYDRA, an 11.5% SMORES Imperial Stout. This stout is made with real marshmallow, 2 types of cacao nibs, graham, and tastes like a summertime bonfire. After all that beer, you need some food & music to go with it! Ayala's Empanadas will be here today starting at 5pm serving up some of the best Colombian empanadas around.
