Hello, I am Matthew, and I have been the Owner-Operator of R.I.P Pest Control & Lawn Spraying for over 20 years.
If you have any questions I am here 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week 365 days a year. You can expect Safety, Good Service, and Low Prices. Having bushes or trees that touch your roof is not good, ants, roaches, and rodents use them as a highway to your roof. Once on your roof they will find an opening.

Rodents are very good at walking on the electric wires that go to the roof of your home.

Rodents will walk on your roof and find openings to get under the tiles and then can chew through the wood get in your attic and some times they can get caught by the tiles.
When I treat around your property I always inspect before I treat. Momma cats have their babies in crazy places. Safety first.
