What are your best tips for traveling with a toddler or baby?? Go!👇🏼
Mine are: for baby cheap gummy sticky window stickers to put on the plane tray or plane window, black or dark colored swaddle to hang over stroller for airport naps
Toddler: doodle pad, either LED drawing pad, or magnetized drawing board or good old fashion coloring book with crayons/markers… I want to hear your tried and true tricks to keeping those littles entertained and not screaming! ✈️👶✨

Mama Affirmation: I ask for help when needed.✨we only have two arms, so can only tackle so much at a time. It’s ok to ask and accept help. The more loving helpers around the better! Baby learns to socialize and relate with others.✨
When you’ve reached your limit or just have too much on your plate, be courageous and reach out and ask for help in any little way. You would be surprised how willing everyone will be to help! Especially if it means playing with a cute little baby.👶

I LOVE Poppy season!! It lights me up every time I see them. Dresses up the town and is just PRETTY. FACT.

I TAKE TIME TO PLAY: take some time today to have FUN with your baby! So often we can be so focused on keeping them alive and fulfilling all of our parenting duties that we forget to ENJOY ourselves and be silly! Sing to baby as you change their diaper, tickle them, make goofy faces, play with them without distractions at least once or twice a day! And if they aren’t ready for bed play for an extra 5-10 min before bedtime so they get their fill of you and become more ready. Sometimes that’s all it takes! Studies show that playing with you boosts baby’s brain power and your mood and immune system too! So get silly! Get on the ground and have some fun!

Monday Motivation/ Affirmation: Today I chose to feel calm & relaxed.
Sometimes we need to will it into being, manifest it, believe it. Having a centered relaxed self allows you to show up for your child in a refreshing way and be the best mama you can be. Take a moment for yourself to find that peace.

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY! I already live the color green in so many shades so dressing for today was easy peasy! But getting my little lady to eat anything green is ALWAYS a battle! Except when I offer green baked goods! I know it doesn’t get her used to eating actual greens but at least she’s getting some of those powerhouse nutrients from the spinach used.
