🌑 ✨Sunday August 4th was a New Moon btw. Today it's only at 1%. If anyone feels especially empty,lost,confused, clumsy, or emotional...it could be because a New Moon it can leave us feeling discombobulated. Our body & mind rely on the light of the moon to guide us. We sometimes feel lost & in the dark when it is Absent. What helps: wear your fave crystal. Stay Grounded. Bare feet to the earth can help. You can bathe with intentions of Renewing & Recharging your body, mind, heart & soul. Sometimes a bath or shower with rose quartz helps. Other crystals I find helpful for this are Clear Quartz, Amethyst, green aventurine. Just have it nearby. Let the water run on & through the crystal, Even holding it above your head while water pours over your whole self. ✨ 😌 At 1% illumination, the moon's still going to have the same effect. Smudging, Cleansing with sound, Incense, palo santo, moon water, sage is best to do right now for yourself, your space, your home. This has basically been a 3 day New Moon. Saturday 1% illuminated, Sunday 0%. Today 1%. It means... today the Moon is 1 day old. It will get better for us day by day. 🌛❤️🤗

Anyone have sensitive eyes & wear eyelashes? I tried different brands, sizes, glue, magnetic. What’s the best you’d suggest? I have hooded lids so they touch my lids if too long.
