Spring is here! Which also means seasonal allergies are likely here for your little ones.
The best way to reduce your allergy symptoms is to limit pollen exposure in some of the following ways:
- Stay indoors during peak pollen times (typically in the evenings)
- Keep the windows closed
- Go outdoors on rainy days
- Change clothes immediately after being outdoors
- If using allergy medication, use at the onset of symptoms

We hope that you and your family had a wonderful Holiday!
Hello! We hope that you and your families had a safe and fun Halloween. You probably have lots of candy to sort through by now. Weโve shared a few tips to ensure your childโs yummy treats are safe to enjoy:
- Throw away unwrapped candy
- If candy is individually wrapped, check for any signs of tampering such as tears, tiny holes, or any unusual appearances. When in doubt, throw it out!
- If your child has any food allergies, be sure to check the labels on candies/treats to
ensure there are no allergens present
- If you have a young child, remove any choking hazards from their bags such as gum, peanuts, hard candies, or small toys
