We have some exciting news!! With the influx of gym members, we have decided to give our members access to my private training studio WHEN training is not in session. As of now- my studio will be available to members from 7pm-7am Monday-Friday, and open from Saturday at 1pm until Monday mornings at 7am. Please understand that this is subject to change, if needed, based on my training schedule.

Our tanning beds will be up and running within the next few weeks! As a token of our appreciation of your loyalty and business, we would like to give you the best deal than anyone else. For an additional $25 per month, as a member of FD, you will have unlimited tanning availability. This will allow you to tan once every 24 hours if you wish, 7 days a week at your convenience. There is no contract required for this addition. Thanks so much for being a part of the FD family!

We are loving how our float center and 24/7 tanning salon is coming together!! We are planning on being up and running in about a month!!
We will have 2 float rooms and 6 tanning rooms open to the PUBLIC!!! The float center will be open and available by appointment only during our staffed business hours, which will soon be announced. However, the tanning beds will be available through a secure keyfob system any day and time of the week!!!! Again, these services are not just for our gym members!!! However, gym members will have access to discounted tanning packages. We can’t wait to offer these services to the people of this incredible community. Fitness Delivered, which is located at 141 N. First Street in Decatur, Indiana, will be your “One stop shop” for 24/7 fitness, personal training, nutrition coaching, 24/7 tanning, and relaxation!

Float pods and 24/7 tanning beds are coming to Decatur!!!
What is floating? Floating is being buoyant in air or water. Imagine effortlessly floating in body-temperature water that contains 1200 pounds of epsom salt. You are totally removed from the outside world, and have one hour totally to yourself without any outside distractions. Doesn’t that sound amazing?
Not only do we all need to unplug for an hour. But the many health and mental advantages and benefits of floating are invaluable. Research shows that people who regularly float notice a decrease in anxiety, joint pain, depression, back pain, ptsd, blood pressure, and mental stress.

We are thrilled to announce that through the support of this community, we are partnering together and opening a float center and 24/7 tanning salon which will be located on the first floor of our building.

We did some checking with area corporate gyms, and wanted to share what we found. We were blown away by the difference!!! Your health shouldn’t cost a fortune!!!
