Friends! If you need props for the upcoming practicing-at-home workshops I'm holding this Thursday and next, please reach out to us! We've got extras of all things: blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, all of it! And I hope to see you for some prop play this Thursday!

It’s salabasana time tomorrow- 10am! We’re taking strap work in the pose, and lots of fun variations. If you have two straps or strap substitutes, do have them to hand. Please join me— we’re going to grow so long!

Hey peeps! Here’s a creative way to bring your props to in-studio practice. You can find this pop-up carrier online and at target. It’s super handy for lots of tasks, especially schlepping in props.
