Mike McShea for Town Meeting P. 7
I am running to be one of your elected town meeting members for Precinct 7.
Please vote with our neighbors, neighborhoods, neighborhood schools and budget to sustain our small town in mind. We need fiscal controls and wise choices in town not pie in the sky ideals.
Best of luck to Dedham! Election is finally over as is my involvement with TM.
I’m with Hynes for board of health.
Spent this morning supporting two great candidates Rebecca Gates for school committee and Jason Brogan for select board.
Also don’t forget on April 9 for those in P-7 to vote for me for reelection ….appreciate the consideration!!
Tough year on the Town Meeting Member ballot. Due to redistricting everyone is up for re-election. Precinct 7 has 39 spots. I’m #40. If you vote for incumbents only in back in. Please think of me #1 for P-7!!!
Brogan for Select Board!
Town meeting yielding a lot of confusion and division over articles. We tally on.
Fall town meeting will be here before we know it!
Hope everyone is Dedham is enjoying the summer so far! More good times ahead!
There will undoubtedly be some first time voters this April. I wish them well in their deliberations!!
Please vote for Beca Gates. A fresh view and perspective for School Committee
Great kick-off for Beca Gates for School Committee today!
Being on Town Meeting doesn't mean rubber-stamping budgets and expenditures. It involves thought!
Trying to think of how many towns near us have a hotel in the middle as the Planning Board weights the Request for a Special Permit for a hotel six (6) stories tall, with 125 rooms and 435 off-street parking spaces (AKA Tahiti).....I am struggling and need help. Norwood - no, Westwood (ha - right) - no, Needham - No, Walpole? - no....Not a little B&B, a hotel. Dedham has 4 already (Hilton, Holiday Inn, Fairfield and Residence Inns).
Town Meeting has 273 representative members elected to terms of 1-3 years during the annual Town elections, which are held on the second Saturday of April. Town Meeting members meet, deliberate, act, and vote in the exercise of the corporate powers of the Town during spring, fall, and special Town Meetings.
As a candidate for Town Meeting for the Greenlodge/Endicott area (Precinct 7) I want to express my interest in providing common-sense based and fiscally conservative approaches to the wants and needs of Dedham. This town has been my home, my parents and my grandparents. There are good ideas every year but also wasteful ones. We should never spend money just because another town does or did. It needs to make sense for us all. Also, rest assured I am not interested in what's in it for me living in one corner or Dedham but what's in it for us all. Please consider me as one of your votes on your vote on April 10th.
