3hrs for $250 is good for one person to get one decent sized piece of permanent inkwork or a start on a sleeve. Hours are consecutive.
4hrs for $300 is good for up to two people to get some permanent inkwork. You can get up to two designs yourself or you and a friend can get one each. The designs must be able to fit within the 4hrs. Hours are consecutive.
