When we bought this house, this beautiful Ginger girl blessed us with her presence our first really bad winter here. It's been nearly 6 years and she's never left. She knew we needed her. She's been the best barn/yoga cat anyone could ask for. Her bright green eyes show so much compassion. Humans can learn so much from animals.

It's farm Friday friend's and not only Farm Friday but the first day of March! Set the tone for the upcoming months with ambition, love, forgiveness. Welcoming in new beginnings that are on the horizon. Let go of the winter blues. We are entering a new season. 🥰

I am lucky my studio is a barn sitting on my Farmstead but that doesn't mean I've had it or have it any easier. I'm just glad I'm still here 4 years later, sharing this time, animals and barn yoga with you all.

There would be no Humble without the foundation and that is you friends. See you next Friday at class. 🥰💜

Who's excited about this fun yoga class for Valentines Day? We are! Join us for a unique yoga class using Straw bales & Hula Hoops. Yes, you read that right, square straw bales. You will be challenged, you will laugh, and you will have a blast! Class is limited to 10. So please book ahead of time.

Please remember to dress warm! The studio is cold, even with the pellet stove and heater going. The animals will NOT be in the class due to the heaters going, BUT you are welcome to see them, feed them snacks before you leave.

Remember, it's the new year. New liability form need to be signed before attending class. See you all then!

The Barn Studio is closed for the winter season this year friends but you can still find me teaching Yoga at my usual places.

Join me every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 am for Strength Yoga at Step Into Fitness. First class is Free. $6 after that. Located in Mount Vernon.

Tonight is the last class for the season. There will be no winter class this winter friends, but im not going anywhere.

November is almost Here, winter is on its way. We will be getting the barn and animals ready for their winter nap. See you all tonight!

When was the last time you put your bare feet in the grass? I always ran barefoot when I was little, my kids do the same. I guess it's natural for us.

Did you know, the soles of your feet have the biggest pours? How cool! Walking barefoot has so many health benefits and im not talking just physically but mentally and emotionally.

The next time you need to ground yourself, take your shoes and socks off, put those bare feet in the earth and let nature do it's thing. You can even do a mindful, walking mediation. This helps us be in the present moment.

Just remember to be mindful and watch out for 💩. Happy bare feet Walking. 👣🧘‍♀️
