I didn't have my camera with me on the kayak so I wanted to recreate what I saw. My daughter is fishing with my husband and my son is zooming along on his bike behind them.

Willow Brook at Delaware Run asked me to have my artwork and prints displayed there. Got it all up this morning and happy to see folks enjoying it!

Last weekend my daughter taught me how to make a paper dragon. My daughter made a cool cheese themed one because her friends said the shape looked like cheese! Fun!

I'll be at the Orange Branch Library (Delaware County District Library) on June 5 at 2:00 teaching teens how to draw pet portraits! Registration is still open if you have a 13+ artist who would like a free class!

I am excited to get my new picture book, Escape to Town, off the ground with a grant from Greater Columbus Arts Council! I am so grateful and thrilled to be able to acquire the many canvases and art supplies to create each illustration!

When I was at the Hilliard Library, my books were checked out, which is great, but it's always fun to find my book on the shelves!

I spent part of the weekend at the Grand Lake Area Literature Festival and it was wonderful!

The kids were so excited to see Norman and Escape to Play! I enjoyed it and appreciate spending time with all of these authors and illustrators!

I was quite busy and didn't get a chance to get photos of my table, but if they are posted, I'll add them. 🐭

I was fortunate to visit Mark Twain Elementary yesterday and share my book, Escape to Play, with the kindergarten, first, and second graders. It was fun to present in another school in my hometown of Westerville!! Thank you for having me and being such a great bunch!

Sorry Norman, the eclipse was Monday!! But... You look cute in those glasses! He's been so busy with book events, he forgot what day it was. 🐭😁
