The customer noticed a rotted spot in the corner of the room.
Upon inspection we noticed the subfloor was rotted, and the structural integrity had been compromised.
Me and my team responded swiftly, and repaired the issue.
We also Installed 400 square feet of LVT flooring.

One of our investors called us on Monday evening with a tub that was leaking in one of his rentals in Paulsboro, NJ.
We adjusted our schedule and started on Tuesday, had the new tub installed that day and back up and running for his tenants.
(It’s the only shower)

We competed another 340 square feet hardwood flooring installation in this Living room in Sewell, NJ.

We completed this bedroom renovation this week in little egg harbor.
Converted a two bedroom home into a 3 bedroom.
Also added two additional Anderson windows for added natural lighting!!
Moved the washer and dryer into the garage space and moved all the mechanicals.
Homeowner is doing the painting work.
