Starting today, through September 8th, the State of Florida celebrates a tax-free holiday on the following items:
On scene today in Lake Mary for an A/C unit leaking from the attic. The insulation held water and in just a few short days signs of microbial growth. We were able to remove the damaged building material, sanitize and clean the area with a plant based anti microbial spray and dry out the area.

Master-Tech’s initial visit is no charge. If there is mold testing needed we will discuss the cost with you based on the size of your home. (mold tests cover 1000 sq ‘ area, under air) If there is Remediation needed we will work with your insurance company to make this as smooth a process as possible, or you can self pay.
