This will be our hottest flavor to date that I know spice enthusiasts will love! This is a long-awaited collaboration with Persephones Farm, a family-owned business out of Wilmington, NC.

We ferment our peppers and garlic for a minimum of 4-6 weeks unleashing the true complexity of flavor and spice potential. If you like jerky this is hands down the best I’ve ever had! From the ghost pepper to Korean bbq flavor I’m getting them all!!!! Speaking on the Gathering of the Juggalos 2023!

Had some great responses on the quality of the jerky from the Juggalos. Ghost Pepper sold the best but every flavor was well recepted. Next year I'll be vending with more flavors, more stickers and gear, and you won't have to come find me while I'm walking the grounds. Much love to everyone and we can't wait for next year.
