When you’re mental health is at a low, it can be difficult to find motivation for even the simplest of tasks. Whether it be getting out of bed, washing your hair, doing the dishes or the laundry, it can feel incredibly overwhelming. I just keep telling myself to take it slow, one chunk of a simple task at a time, just show up, just fold the dish towel. It’s not a race, and it’s okay to take your time. ❤️

Life has been a roller coaster over here recently. We went from having an incredible time with framily visiting for a week, to something so difficult pull the rug out from under us in the last 48 hours. If it seems a little quiet around here even with our business doors opening, please know it is because we are just trying to stay afloat. Being a parent is not for the weak. Because a huge part of our business is focused on mental health, grief, and our journey, I will always be as authentic as possible. If any of you are struggling right now too, please know that I’m praying for you too! ❤️

This weekend was refreshing to my soul. Life has been hard, but one thing that I have been incredibly grateful for is my friendships. I have been truly blessed by the best friends a girl could ask for and this weekend one of my dearest friends was in town for 36 hours. I met her 20 years ago, and though we have lived most of our adult lives in different states, our friendship has never skipped a beat. Her visit was everything my heart needed this weekend. 💕 I hope y’all found some peace and calm this weekend as well. ✨
