Who doesn’t love freshly baked cookies?!?! We are very thankful for the Compassus Hospice team for supporting our nursing staff during National Nurses Week! Their thoughtful gesture added some extra joy to our celebration, making our nurses feel even more appreciated and cherished. Thank you, Compassus Hospice, for your help in honoring our incredible nurses in such a deliciously heartwarming way! And, again, thank you to our nurses for your dedication and passion for helping our residents here at Hilltop Park! We are forever grateful!!! 🩺💊🍪🎊

We are incredibly grateful to have had case managers, therapists, and other team members from Swedish Hospital join in for a special bingo event with our residents at Hilltop Park last night! The visit brought so much joy and connection to our community. Residents were thrilled to interact with new faces and to receive some very fun prizes! The Hilltop Park team appreciated Swedish Hospital’s involvement in brightening our residents’ day. We look forward to more collaborative events in the future!!🙌🏻

Experiencing the gentle power of equine therapy firsthand at Hilltop Park Post Acute! Yesterday, our residents were treated to a special visit from McNicholas Miniatures’ miniature horses, all dressed in their St. Patrick’s Day finest!🍀 Our friendly visitors spread joy as they visited not only our group activity, but also individual resident rooms, ensuring everyone felt the festive cheer and knew the incredible benefits of animal-assisted therapy!🐴💫

Join us every week as we shine a light on the incredible minds driving our success. Meet our dedicated department heads and management team, each bringing unique expertise and passion to make Hilltop Park the vibrant community it is.

Our first highlight is the first face you see when you walk through our doors, our receptionist and queen of our building, Melonie! She meets, greets, and makes our residents feel as though they are family here at Hilltop!

Melonie has been working at this community for over 13 years. Her favorite thing about Hilltop is our residents, and she loves making a difference in peoples' lives. We asked Melonie what her superpower would be if she was a super hero and she said, "The Healing Power, because there is too much pain and suffering in the world and I want to fix that."

Say hello to Melonie and each person we highlight in the comments! Ask a question, post your favorite emoji, or just celebrate our staff with us! Melonie is a very big part of our community, and we appreciate her so much!
