Max Vert October is almost over! Who’s close to beating Chris’ record?

In 2020, Chris racked up 400k vertical feet in one month, breaking the world record and setting off his passion for doing big things on massive mountains.

After the disappointment of quitting something as hard as training to become a Navy SEAL, Chris was determined for self-redemption. He moved to Colorado to become an endurance athlete and chase that feeling of “doing hard sh*t.”

He set his sights on Cirque Series’ annual Max Vert October and was determined to break the world record in the process in an effort to inspire himself and other people to reach new heights and challenge themselves. Or how Chris would put it… “To the Top.”

Our journey was an exhilarating ride, spanning nine action-packed shooting days with a crew of 75 talented individuals who became the stars of our show. Our mission? To showcase Denver’s infectious energy, rich culture, and countless experiences waiting to be discovered. From music to art to food, this city knows no bounds embracing all that makes it unique.

Talk about EPIC Adventure! When Breckenridge Outdoor Education approached us with their vision, we were all in! Their goal was to create a brand video that would capture the inclusivity of their outdoor education programs for participants with disabilities and showcase the breathtaking surroundings and immersive experiences they offer year-round.

Embarking on a year-long journey, we witnessed the magic of summer and winter activities. From thrilling rafting excursions to astonishing sit ski adventures, tranquil paddle boarding trips, and awe-inspiring climbing escapades through nature's wonders, we were right there alongside the participants, capturing every moment. The result? A dynamic and captivating brand video that authentically showcases the incredible programs and experiences that Breckenridge Outdoor Education has to offer. Get ready to be inspired!

Our latest project took us on a magical journey to The Grenadines, a group of islands known for jaw-dropping beauty. With cameras in hand, we set sail to immerse ourselves in the Rhythm & Sails experience.

Talented musicians serenaded us as we navigated through pristine waters, showcasing paradise in all its glory. An adventure like this could have easily blurred the line between work and play, but we embraced every moment with dedication and passion. We skillfully maneuvered our equipment, adapting to the ever-changing conditions of the boat, and protecting it from the relentless seawater.

If you're curious to witness our collaboration with the Rhythm & Sails team, we invite you to explore the meticulously crafted marketing assets and witness the breathtaking beauty, exhilarating moments, and captivating spirit of our unforgettable adventure!

In Collaboration with one of our most adventurous brand partners, .equipment, we supported the launch of their new cycling product. The PR Event consisted of a gravel ride that covered over 35 miles and featured a group of riders that included media representatives from all over the United States and Canada. The CEO of Rab even flew in from the U.K. to test out the gear on the trail.

Our rockstar content team included one photographer, two cinematographers, and of course a drone pilot. We captured the beauty of the ride and the classic Colorado scenery along the way. The resulting video showcases the adventure and spirit of the ride, Stay tuned for more intrepid projects from F4D and our partners.

F4D Studio has partnered with Raven's Challenge for the past 4 years showcasing the bravery and dedication of the men and women who work tirelessly to protect us from explosive threats. Raven’s Challenge is considered the best counter IED exercise in the world that incorporates scenarios focused on interoperability between public safety bomb squads (PSBS) and military explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) personnel.

Each year a new video is presented at the Pentagon in front of the Department of the Army as an after-action report and to help secure funding for the following year. It is also seen by the National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) and Bureau of Alcohol, To***co, Fi****ms and Explosives (ATF). It is played for 850 participants and staff at all Raven’s Challenge exercises including a range of high-profile individuals such as Army Major Generals & Brigadier Generals, Bomb Squad Commanders, International EOD Commanders, executives from the Department of Homeland Security, and the Director of the ATF.

Our time working with her was an absolute joy. Despite experiencing heavy flooding due to rainstorms in Santa Barbara, we joined Linda in her daily ocean plunge. The seas were high and it seemed a bit iffy, but the sunrise that morning was truly magical, and Linda's infectious spirit made the experience unforgettable. She even serenaded us with her ukulele as the sun rose behind her!

Linda is an inspiration to us all for her investment in people who are new to yoga, aging, or not the most athletic. She believes everyone can benefit from the practice

Linda took us on a tour of Carpinteria, a quieter beach town where she feels most at home. It was lovely to connect with her there.

And if that wasn't enough, Linda is also a studied astrologer. We can't wait to dive deep into an astrological reading with her.
