Just a quick update on our boba. Our shipment was scheduled to arrive on Friday but unfortunately got delayed until Monday. We will sell what we have until we run out for the night but we will have a more limited boba menu for tomorrow. Please feel free to ask our bobarista what’s available! We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know if there’s any changes on the shipment. Thank you for your understanding!

The name “Zavy” (zah-vee), a wordplay on “Gia Vị,” which means seasoning in Vietnamese, encapsulates the essence of our culinary tradition. It also carries a special and meaningful significance to our family (if you know, you know 😉). While Pho Real remains the cozy haven for late night phos, Zavy Kitchen takes those flavors and elevates them to an unparalleled level of sophistication without compromising the authenticity that defines our dishes. Zavy Kitchen is born from the same passion that fueled Pho Real— a desire to share the soulful experience of Vietnamese cuisine. Spicy beef noodle is back! The flavor is still very much like bún bò Huế but since our kitchen is small, we’ve taken out some components (pig trotter and big vermicelli noodles) for easier preparation. Still very delicious and gluten-free so don’t be afraid to try it out! 😋

Protein: flank, rare steak, and brisket in a mildly spicy, flavorful broth packed with aromatics that is predominantly lemongrass.

Side veggies: bean sprouts, basil, cabbage, lime, and a side of chili oil.

Kicking off the new year with our new appetizer— Chả Giò Rế or Netted Egg Rolls. These traditional Vietnamese egg rolls contain minced pork and shrimp, taro, jicama, cabbage, and carrots, wrapped in a netted rice paper for extra crispiness. Available to order starting today, we can’t wait for you to try them out! 😍
