McDonald's Caught Being Safe
🚲 Caught 🚨 Being 🚔 Safe 🍦 McDonald’s of Michigan is proud to once again partner with the Field Neurosciences Institute and police and safety agencies around the state for the annual Caught Being Safe campaign! This summer, more than 500 agencies, including state and local police, fire departments, and so many more, will be rewarding kids for wearing helmets and using safe behaviors by giving them a coupon for a free ice cream cone or apple slices at participating McDonald's restaurants. Thank you to the Saginaw Township Police Department and the Saginaw Police Department for helping us kick off this fun campaign!

'Start now': Former NFL, college stars tell Detroit students to focus on life after sports
McDonald’s of Michigan was proud to partner with Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan for an impactful discussion with the football teams from Detroit Renaissance High Schools. The student-athletes were able to hear from former football players, including former Detroit Lions James Thrower Sr., Luther Bradley, and Eddie Murray, plus Michigan State alumni Jon Campbell and Cass Tech and University of Oregon alumni Dior Mathis. The conversation focused on how sports can set you up for success beyond the field! McDonald’s of Michigan also continued its investment in the youth of Southeast Michigan by presenting a $25,000 check to JASEM to help the organization’s mission of educating financial literacy, entrepreneurship and career exploration for youth and young adults ages 16-25. Pi Day
This week Owner/Operator Yusef Alcodray had the opportunity to host students from Chandler Park Academy Elementary for Pi Day! The 20 students learned about McDonald's and the food service industry, then took 800 pies back to their school to celebrate Pi Day the right way! 🍎🥧 Thank you Chandler Park Academy School District!
