Did you know that Tofu is a source of complete protein? Take a break from the chicken salad and have a tofu salad.
Extra Firm Tofu is the Best for pan searing. Cut Tofu into cubes, season cornstarch with Felton Spice S'lite and Nutrional Yeast. Heat 3 tbsp avocado oil in a fry pan and cook cubes for 2-3 minutes per side.
Toss cooked tofu in a mild sauce (3 tbsp garlic butter, 1 tbsp curry poweder, 1/2 tsp S'lite seasining, 2 dashes of worchesterchire sauce)
Done!
