Hello friends! Long time no talk! I've gone back to work (for a while now) and it hasn't been very kind to my sewing time. That and a big lack of drive, and motivation 🤨 but I am hoping with the new year, I will get back in the swing of things and get back to sewing! I do miss it - especially after looking at all of the beautiful stockings. I'll probably start with some Easter baskets for my nieces ❤️ Anyways, just thought I'd pop in and say HEY and I'm still here LOL Y'all have a very Merry Christmas!

Hey y’all! Facebook told me to post since it’s been a while sooooo here’s what I did today!
I am practicing with the Siser EasySubli (not amazingly easy!) so that I can do a few work shirts for a friend of ours!
This is 100% cotton. I love how bright it is, and it doesn’t feel totally like vinyl 😍 Although, in MY opinion, it’s simply printable heat transfer vinyl with sublimation ink 🤷🏼‍♀️

Last order of matching Boppy Pillow, baby blanket and burp rags! A couple of shirts to whip up for my soul sister and then, VACATION!

Happy Sunday friends! 💕 Getting ready for church but whipped up this variation of the Easter Basket. A little bigger, 2 handles vs 1 and tried a different stabilizer (which I do NOT like!). This is my sweet Skyler’s art basket 🧺 Skyler Maner

I’ve piddled with sublimation for a little bit now, but it’s a pretty expensive learning curve. So I just used my printable vinyl for my nephew’s “Read Across America” week at school. Pretty cute 🙃

Whipped this little baby up last night. I am not 100% satisfied (the lining and my top stitch), but that’s just me. I’ll work on more through the week and get it perfected. I’m going to do some in Super Man for my little nephew and going to make some that have cute little bunny ears and tails! They can be customized as well. I’ll post more pics through the week! 😍

Helloooo friends! Just a quick update on “stuff”! I’ve been crafting away and finally got some sewing time in with Mama last weekend! She made this beautiful table topper, and taught me how to make them too! I made the blue one ❤️

I’m getting some stuff together in an effort to be ready for Louie’s cook off this weekend in Bayou Vista! I’ll have kitchen towels, coozies, Valentines gifts, some table toppers and an Easter basket ready for order taking! AND THEN, I’m going to start working on quilt tops! Super excited about that!

After a full day of “holiday recovery” yesterday, I’ll be whipping up some more of these little cuties through the week! Once I have them ready, I am going to fill them with Valentine goodies and they’ll be ready to go! Then I’ll work on Easter baskets!

It’s been a nice couple of weeks off! I managed to play around with some shirts and coffee cups - mainly gifts for friends and family. I’ll be back to sewing tomorrow! Valentine Treat Bags and Easter baskets! I may even pull out my wreath stuff - don’t know yet!

Hello Friends! TOMORROW from 11-2 PM I will be at this Christmas Market in Bacliff! The rain will be gone, it will be nice and cool! I will have ready made stockings, tree skirts, wine bags and Christmas ornaments! I will also be taking custom orders to be completed by December 15th! All of the stocking orders I have completed have been lined with fleece - except for Laura’s; but, this is what the unlined stockings look like hanging! This will be our last year using these. I’m going to make us some to match the new tree skirt my Mama made us. Also pictured is the OG tree skirt - one of the 1st ones my Mama made, quite possibly 15+ years ago, that I still use! 😍 My sweet Skyler-in-love monogrammed her 1st tree skirt made by Nana, and I am so in love with it! Our stockings and tree skirts live on through the years, and if they don’t, we’ll fix them so they do! ❤️

Hellooooo! From Sick AF Mimi 😂 thanks to my Mama and Skyler for helping out with orders this week, cuz I. Am. Sick! I don’t have Covid - I have a deviated septum which has left me in sinus misery for a very, very long time. I am taking extra precautions though, and spraying everything with the spray you see here! I’ll get a shot in my hiney from my ENT tomorrow! 😷

I also had to share, that thru the sickness, I finished Stella’s 6 stockings and how adorable did they turn out!?!? My mama also finished this tree skirt by hand sewing on the fur trim! ❤️ last bit will be Candace’s gold and cream stockings with a white fur cuff! 😍
