🌟 United had a fantastic time at the USD 457 New Teacher Orientation/Business Fair! Adriana and Krystal from our Garden City store were excited to meet and engage with all the amazing new and returning teachers from USD 457 at Garden City High School.

8/2/24 11:20 a.m. - Power has been restored, and this site is back online.

8/2/24 9:50 a.m. - One of our sites in Ditch Valley is currently down, affecting landline customers in Oklahoma south of Englewood. The power to this site is out, and the power company has been notified and is sending a crew out. Our techs are working to get a generator going at this site to restore service. Thank you!

***RESOLVED*** Email Issue
08-01-2024 9:15 a.m. - An additional change was made yesterday (7/31) around 4:30 p.m. This seems to have resolved the issue of emails going to Spam. Anything received before 4:30 p.m. on 7/31 most likely would have been sent to Spam, so we encourage customers to check their Spam folder to ensure they are not missing any messages prior to today. We appreciate your patience during this issue.

07-31-2024 3:55 p.m. - Unfortunately, the fix that was implemented does not appear to have been successful. We are continuing to work with our vendor regarding this issue to resolve this issue for our valued customers. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to continue monitoring your Spam folder on Webmail until a successful resolution has been accomplished. Thank you!

07-31-2024 8:30 a.m. - We received an update this morning from our vendor that a fix was implemented, but the effects may be slow. This is due to the system needing to unlearn the behavior of sending all emails to Spam. Users should start seeing an improvement of mail being delivered to the inbox as of this morning. While all new mail should hopefully start going to the correct place, users should continue monitoring their Spam folder on Webmail for any messages that were not delivered to the inbox during the implementation of this fix.

07-30-2024 5:30 p.m. - United is aware of an issue where .net and .com email users are not receiving the typical volume of email in their inbox and messages are instead being delivered to Spam. We understand how important email is to our customers and the inconvenience this issue has caused. We are working closely with our vendor to investigate these issues, and they are close to implementing a fix.

In the meantime, if you are missing an email, please log into your online Webmail account and check the Spam folder, which is where the bulk of these emails are going. For .net users, please visit webmail.ucom.net and for .com users, please visit webmail.unitedwireless.com.
