We are looking for a detail-oriented Supervisor to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
To be successful as a Supervisor, you should have excellent communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Conduct training presentations on Quality, Production and Safety
• Oversee assigned departments
• Maintain daily goals
• Totally responsible for all phases of daily production goals, daily inventory checks and process flow
• Promotes positive enthusiasm, motivate teams, coaching abilities and good work relationship between management and employees
• Conduct hourly checks using Production Monitoring sheets reporting of each operation status daily
• Randomly checks process quality daily and assures all daily Quality Control checks are conducted such as 1st Shot Sample controls, etc
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and assures department compliance with all 3C5S procedures
• Conducts daily 5-10 minute meeting to review pertinent Quality, Production and Safety needs to include Ergonomics Stretching Program
• Maintain all daily employee work sheets such as attendance sheets, TPM sheets, quality sheets, overtime, weekly and monthly inventory reports
• Checks and monitors machine working conditions and report any issues on a timely basis
• Totally responsible for all departmental training. This will include cross training and department training evaluations and all quality procedures
• Monitor and assure ALL company policies are maintained in their department

What you should bring to this position:
High School Diploma/GED required
Prior management experience
Past manufacturing experience
Ability to lift 55 pounds
Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Able to make decisions on your own and work independently (as well as with a team) with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines and flexible in changing priorities and assignments
Excellent organizational skills
