Every profession uses its own jargon and Tyler went over and above to make certain I understood the terminology at every step of the loan process. Tyler understood in the beginning that I do not like surprises. He had the ability to recognize and address my concerns in advance of each step throughout the loan process which was very instrumental in mitigating additional stress to my already stressful life. Tyler maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. Communication was excellent with regards to his responsiveness to my emails and telephone calls. Should I ever need to apply for another loan, Tyler will be who I want to work with.
