We 3D print our robot grippers out of carbon fiber and put on our custom rubber boots to hold the product. This will be mostly used to load our 5-axis CNC machines for the aerospace and medical industry.

We provide EDM services with small and large parts up to 200 amps to remove heavy stock. We also do finer work with lower amps as well. Out of our three locations we have 38 Ram EDM machines with tool changers to run overnight processes.

We offer water jet services with a total of 5 water jets. They are 90,000 psi machines and 2 of them being dual heads and 3 being single. We can cut up to 6 inches thick! H&W designs and constructs fixtures to support customers product during water jet process.
Our Makino U3 H.E.A.T Machine with 16.78 inches in height and can hold a wire up to .016 in diameter.
