The Management Reports Portal allows the user to run a significant number of reports for evaluation purposes or to print the report to a PDF file for archiving or emailing or to print a report on a network printer for presentations at upper management meetings. The Updates Management Portal allows the user to purge, delete, remove, or update a record in the database such as purging a resident and all relevant attachments such as the resident's pet and vehicle all at the same time; removing a vehicle from the database in the event a resident trades in their vehicle for a different one; deleting a pet from the database in the event that the pet is no longer in the community; updating 'Status' and 'Percent Complete' information for company/subcontractor/vendor work projects and general maintenance and unit maintenance work activities; updating the 'Operating Condition' of a single component in the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing system.

The Asset Search Portal allows the user to query any record relating directly to the asset itself, whether the information pertains to the infrastructure of the asset such as buildings, units, or floorplans; third-party companies/subcontractors/vendors and related work projects; general or unit maintenance work activities; any documentation such as employee details or discipline reports, purchase orders, permits, contracts, invoices, utility bills, and utility accounts.

The General Search Portal allows the user to search for all records entered in the General Management Portal such as a Resident, a Pet, a Vehicle, a Private Garage, a Storage Unit, Resident's Rent Records, etc. in a multitude of different ways. For convenience the application allows the user to search for general records using different criteria.

The Maintenance Management portal allows for the tracking of general maintenance and unit maintenance work activities as well as unit inspections, elevator inspections, Fire/Life/Safety audits, and system and mechanical, electrical, and component detailed data.

The External Management Portal is where the user adds the details of third-party partnerships with other companies, subcontractors, vendors, and related projects or work activities. Here, the user will also add the details of utility accounts, contracts, permits, invoices, purchase orders, and utility bill payments.

After inputting the data for the asset's infrastructure in the Asset Management Portal, enter general records such as a Resident, a Pet, a Vehicle, Access Tokens such as a Key Fob or Garage Remote, etc. in the General Management Portal. This will be an ongoing process as tenants move in and out of the community.

Create the Infrastructure of the asset that you would like to manage in the Asset Management Portal. This step need only to be completed once and saved to the Arpa Cloud Server. Next, you may create your general entries such as adding a Resident, Pet, Vehicle, etc. in the General Management Portal. This will be an ongoing process as guests move in and out of your community.
