All Capital School District Schools and Offices will open with a 2 hour delay tomorrow, January 22nd, 2024 due to road conditions and drifting snow. Please note the following:

*All AM and PM Early Childhood Centers for Pre-K students will be closed.
*KCCS AM Pre-K will be closed.
*KCCS PM will operate on the normal schedule on January 22nd.

Custodial, Buildings and Grounds staff will receive detailed information from their supervisor regarding reporting time for snow/ice removal. All staff are advised to travel safely and employees should reach out to their direct supervisor with any specific questions or concerns.

Due to drifting snow and ice — and out of an abundance of caution — the Caesar Rodney School District will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, January 22nd for teachers, paras, & specialists. There will be no AM PreK classes, nor will breakfast be served due to the 2 hour delay tomorrow. CR High School will send out a separate message to its families and staff regarding tomorrow’s exam schedule. All 12-month clerical staff should report on a 1-hour delay. Admin & custodians should report at their normal time. 💙💛

We are a local transportation company who transports displaced students in the Capital and Caesar Rodney School District. Hours may vary between 6 am and 9 am and again from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
