I’m happy you’re here,
The body fascinates me! I have always been very curious about health, well-being, how the body functions, amazed by its performance and ability to adapt.
My curiosity was peaked when I became a Chiropractic assistant. I wore many hats from taking x-rays, educating clients, insurance, and more. This is where I gained a strong foundation of the body, knowledge of the spine, nervous system, its relationship with the body, and the importance of body awareness. I knew then, I wanted to create a direct connection to clients, their bodies, and help their well-being.
When I found the career field, massage, I felt right at home! I became a certified massage practitioner in 2001. I was so hungry for the knowledge I became nationally certified in 2007 and Board certified in 2016. I take pride in continually learning new techniques about the body, processes and health practices to better assist and holistically guide my clients toward healthier lifestyles.
