I’m a devoted CHEERLEADER!

The thing that brings me so much JOY, is cheering my people on!

This weekend (like most weekends) was exactly that.

My little dude played in a big hockey tournament.

Our senior wrestled in a big tournament.

All while we were set to go cheer on and celebrate my dear friend’s first event in Austin.

We booked our flights to make the wrestling tournament and the first part of the hockey tournament. We flew into Austin and right back out.

I can say that I didn’t “miss” a game and I’m sure everyone on our flight heard a little bit of my “hockey mom” cheering (while trying so hard to whisper my “woot and hollering”).

I watched one of his games in the elevator and around the hotel.

I can say that having my kids, my people, my husband, whoever it is that I love… know that I am and will always be their #1 HYPE GIRL!

It drives me, motivates me, fills my 🤍 and I wouldn’t change that for anything else in the world.

Money, Fame, “Stuff” can never replace SHOWING UP.

I built the life I have to live this way.

12 years ago I quit my corporate finance job, simply because I never wanted to ask permission to be able to SHOW UP for my family, to go on vacation, to be there when their sick.

Tonight as I’m just sitting here in my sauna feeling so blessed and so grateful this life, God and my audacity and a lot of hard work, that I have the life I always dreamed of having.

Goodnight my friends, I appreciate you being a part of this wild and wonderful journey.

Public speaking used to make me literally want to 🤢

I never wanted to raise my hand in school or have it be my turn to read aloud in class

I chose to fail one of my classes in high school because I had to present my report in front of the class

I ran off the stage when I was 12 years old, performing a Christmas dance recital because I was so terrified, I forgot all the choreography

I would’ve NEVER wished to speak on stage or have a podcast…..

Yet here I am, filming the 70 something episode of the Sean and Sax Show.. wild.

I knew when I married Sean that a lot of my fears were going to be challenged… and I honestly loved the idea of that

Here’s a dude who is literally a professional speaker, hosts epic live events, has multiple podcasts and can spit fire and passion without a moments notice and never a PowerPoint or a note card…

I’ve learned so much from him and myself

Fear is a liar and perfect doesn’t exist

I’m honestly so damn proud of how far I’ve grown and how more and more the thing that scared me the worst, somehow is becoming comfortable

If I could give you any advice, it’s challenge your fears. Prove them wrong and prove the brave in yourself right!

I’m still awkward and goofy, I lose my thoughts and my ADD has me forget the questions 🤪, but that’s what makes it so real… it’s just real!

I’m really encouraged and grateful for all the listeners who share, comment and tag us when they listen to an episode that spoke to them. It’s powerful and inspiring.

Just reminds me of how important it is for us all the be sharing our light and not dimming ourselves by our own fears.

Life is a wonderful adventure, ain’t it?!

40 is f*ckin fandiddlytastic so far and I am only one day in…

🔥 maybe it’s because I to wore 2 birthday dresses, spent the day with my handsome hubby doing what we do best (living life ALL IN) or because our dinner waiter told me I hardly look 30 😉

Lions Den Live 2023 will be like nothing this tribe has ever experienced before.

The mission of the Lions Den has always been to strive for and achieve personal greatness. We do this with a powerful tribe at our back.

Sean has lead the Lions Den for nearly 9.5 years now and I’ve seen him make it his personal mission to continue to offer more and more greatness, opportunities and experiences to his tribe.

This year the bar has been raised once again and we are so honored and grateful to announce .b.peterson as a guest at this years LDL.

Dr. Jordan Peterson is not only a powerful force in the world and has inspired so many, he’s a personal inspiration to both Sean and I. His book, lectures and content are incredible.

I’m so proud of and admire deeply to husband of mine who’s a trailblazer, stretching himself to new levels of greatness and strength.

“Add value” is something he says often. He not only teaches this, but provides this. If you are in his coaching group or even a friend, you know this to be true.

I am his wife and I personally get to witness him look for ways to “add more value” to his den, to level up and push himself further into MORE.

So here we are, with the next Lions Den Live upon us… Where the speakers were hand picked with their greatness, tenacity, hear and passion all in mind.

There is so much more to achieving greatness than just making money… This year you will hear and witness incredible lulu powerful forces that have not only made a great living, but live and create on levels very few do.
