Hope everyone is off to a good start to their week. Yes, my beard is all over the place it was already 90 degrees on the walk so headed out with bed beard. Starting August 1, I am working to lose 30 lbs or more by the end of the year. Walk 1-2 times a day for a total of four miles each day with pushups. This will be my main exercise routine. As far as a diet goes works for you? I would love to hear. Thanks!
