Qualifications
•Must be of the age of 18 or older
•Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
•Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
•Maintenance or construction experience, formal or informal
•Must have personal vehicle and tools for daily work use, and be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively use related apps and systems
Responsibilities
•Make repairs at properties as requested, troubleshooting a variety of maintenance problems
•Maintain organized records, including documentation of all work completed, expenses, etc
•Expand scope of repairs able to be made by taking ownership for solving problems, asking questions, and continuing to learn

Customer is having a family member that is in a wheel chair move in and wanted to know if we could level the living room that was step down one. So we raised it and did continuous flooring thru out.
