Duties of this Positions The essential duties:

✅Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

✅Create an atmosphere of trust and friendliness worthy of generating referrals from patients.

✅Greet people who come to the practice as if they are our family;

✅Courteously answer telephone calls

✅Take messages when necessary

✅Make appointments and Schedule for patients

🌟Bill insurance companies patient visits; Follow-up on uncollected insurance as needed.

🌟Collect payments from patients; Verify insurance coverage for patients

🌟Record keeping, prepare and organize patient files/folders

🌟Adhere to patient confidentiality protocols such as patient visits

🌟Send and receive mail, faxes, packages and other computer input into patient software program (will train).

🌟Keyboard skills and relevant software application such as Microsoft Office

🌈Keep office appearance neat and tidy (this does include some light

🌈Custodial duties, such as mopping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning counters, cleaning restrooms).

🌴Outside Training: Seminars and training outside the office will be occasionally required. The office will pay for training classes plus travel costs. Specifically, a training course to become a Certified Chiropractic Assistant will be required.
