I might have a cry today. I have always been about community, however, lately things have been swinging more exclusive. Options are running the show.
A country divided is easier to conquer. I want and hope for us to come and stand together regardless of opinion, race, classes, education, etc.
I can only be me, with my thoughts in this insane world we now call home.
All I know is I am not a sheep. I do not follow blindly. But then again, I never have.

From the desk of Billie Mitch

The name Billie Mitch came about from working in an elderly home; a resident would call me Billie since she couldn’t remember my actual name. Mitch came from a best friend as a nickname. I’m his Mitch.

I’ve always had a passion for music and the arts, fueled by my parents constant turn around of records, tapes, CDs, VHS’s, and eventually DVD’s.

I became a filmmaker, and at the same time by going out and being active in the local music scene, I became part of the music. I’ve been in various bands up in Duluth. Mainly playing accompanying flute.

I’ve dabbed in guitar for over a decade, taking lessons off and on, I’ve also dabbled in bass-guitar, ukulele, banjo, mandolin, and keyboard.
