Garrard Group has a few industrial construction projects going at the moment, and they all look good! Here is one that is a tilt-wall addition to an existing facility.

Danny is doing an amazing job on this car wash in Virginia! There is so much complexity in a compact space - and we are glad to have a construction expert like Danny, who has been with Garrard Group for 16 years!

We are excited about getting started on this 74,000sf industrial expansion project for Price Industries in Gwinnett! This will include two bridge crane bays, drive-in ramps, site work, a loop road, and additional parking.

The Garrard Group project team is doing some impressive work by transforming this space into a fun new food hall at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta for Simon Property Group!
