Meal prep these egg muffins for breakfast or a snack option throughout the week!

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
5 eggs
5 egg white
1/2 cup onion diced
1 cup mushrooms diced
1/2 cup bell peppers diced
1 handful spinach
1 cup broccoli diced
6 oz ham

๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
ยปPreheat oven to 350 degrees
ยปDice up all vegetables
ยปIn a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs then add in all the diced vegetables
ยปPour mixture in greased muffin pan (should fill about 10 muffins)
ยปBake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

Let's talk a little bit more about the 28 Day Nutrition Challenge and CONSISTENCY!

In terms of a healthy lifestyle, consistency means staying โ€œon trackโ€ which involves being able to practice the same healthy habits every day.

Drinking water. Working out. Eating healthy foods. Getting good sleep. We already know that to be healthy you have to do all those things. What we struggle with is doing it over and over and overโ€ฆ every day of the year. For many years in a row.

A main goal with the challenge is to begin to develop some consistency with healthy habits as a part of your every day routine.

Then after the challenge we are available for ongoing support to ensure you reach your personal goals in a way that fits your lifestyle.
