4. talking to others about what you are feeling (because they are probably feeling something simiilar)
The life you are experiencing now and the health of your body, is a product of the PATTERNS you live in.
Big changes take big changes.
Be brutally honest with yourself, stop looking for fast, short term solution. I know everyone has an instant gratification issue now with Amazon being so fast đ
Instead, look at what you are doing or not doing and compare it to what the healthiest version of yourself would do or not do.
The good news: itâs simple if you want to change
The not-so-great news: Simple doesnât mean âeasyâ
Mental health is a reflection your your life.
If you are living a life in alignment, you will feel fulfilled, empathic, joyful, empowered, and inspired.
These feelings are not something of a fairytale.
They are very real.

2. MOVEMENT: The only way your brain knows what is happening in the body, is when joints are moving. CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS shine here as we get your joints moving again.
3. RECUPERATION: Play, Fun, Deep Sleep. Your body cannot heal if it is constantly stressed. Itâs important to take a break from the grind and seek out opportunities to rest and integrate so that you body can HEAL.
4. MINDFULNESS: The key to a successful and fulfilling life is intention and present-time-consciousness. If you are angry all the time, donât you think that can affect your health? Intentionally choosing the feelings to want to feel and seeking them out is the key to HOLISTIC HEALTH.
