Learn how to make your own Elderberry Syrup Kits! You’ll need 1 mason jar •Organic black elderberries •Organic goji berries •Organic ginger •Organic Orange peel •Organic cinnamon •Organic Cloves Add 3.5 cups of distilled water to a saucepan and add the entire jar of the elderberry mix. -Bring to a boil and then cover & reduce yo a simmer for about 35 minutes to an hour, until the liquid has reduced by half. -Mash berries using a spoon -Pour through a strainer into a jar -Discard your berries -When the liquid is no longer hot, add 1 cup of raw honey and stir well!
