Look who's teaching Buti Yoga at the retreat next weekend!!
Mia Woolsey is certified in Buti Yoga, Buti Bands, Primal Flow and of course kick boxing. She brings true sparkle and joy to every class and her kindness runs deep. She will be teaching Saturday morning September 17 the retreat at Gnarly Oak.
Kari Tangel is certified in Buti yoga and HOT Buti yoga and teaches locally at Studio C and Yoga Projekt in Peoria Heights. Her smile beams love and the energy she brings to her class is well, super hot!! She will be teaching Sunday morning, September 18.
They are both gorgeous and talented yogis who guide their participants in different ways through the deep healing energy that is Buti. Personally, my favorite form of yoga!!
We are honored to have both of these ladies at this retreat!!
