She is very thorough, organized and detail oriented. She is always willing to put in extra hours if needed - in the evenings, on week ends, and even on vacation!

Congratulations to Gilberto Davila - our November 2023 employee of the month. "G" (as he is affectionately known) was our on call fiber splicer during the week of Thanksgiving. We were slammed with fiber emergencies from Spectrum. This week alone, he responded to (11) fiber outages and worked (91) hours. This work included working through the holidays - we truly appreciate his dedication to both us and our customer - giving up his personal time to "get it back on"!
