Soft-Washing this 200 foot long wall today and sealing it tomorrow. If the results are satisfactory for the client we will be back to do all 5 buildings. They are experiencing water intrusion through the brick.

It’s not a good idea to use a pressure washer on composite decking because it can cause damage the material. We just finished “soft washing” this one and it came out great for its age!

100% soft washed…. Turned out great!
High pressure was not used on these pavers as to not remove the polymeric sand joints between the pavers. Detergent was applied, allowed to dwell and followed by a gentle rinse. Polymeric sand isn’t cheap these days and this process saves the client money in the long run.

This is a travertine tile pool deck we cleaned today. We couldn’t use high pressure due to many cracked tiles. It was solely a soft wash cleaning. The deck is 20+ years old.

We cleaned a little over 5,000 square feet in this sanctuary this morning. The carpet is approximately 2 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. The area is also used daily for a children’s program they utilize during the week.
We’ve recommended they have it cleaned at least twice a year moving forward with the amount of use it receives.
