Hey ya’ll!! Happy holidays!

Not enough time to sit and get a full cute set for the holidays??

Pm me a picture of nails you want and I’ll paint them up for you. You glue them on when you want them and have them for the holidays. Cheaper than a full set and you can put them on quick when you are ready!

Here are a few personalized sets ladies have picked up for their events. I’ll put up some more pics soon.

Your nails tell you a lot about your health.

Did you know you can tell so much about a person through their nails?

One of the biggest things I can tell when I look at my nails is how I'm doing nutritionally.

One of the big tells is if you look at your fingers. See that crescent moon along your cuticle? You should have that on each finger.

Normally what you see in our society:
😮Big crescent in the thumbnail.
😮And then it gets smaller in the pointer finger and so on until sometimes there is non in the pinky at all.

This means you are dehydrated (along with that will be your adrenals) Do you know how much water your body is made of? About 60% and that varies depending on the amount of fat that is in the system. Everything in our bodies is made up of water. We need water. But about how much??? A good rule of thumb is half your weight in ounces. (bare minimum) I would suggest more and if you are working out, you need more.

That being said... Our nails tell us a lot about ourselves. Take care of your nails and they'll tell you how to take care of your body.

What does that mean?

Yes, I take showers and brush my teeth. I eat food and drink the amount of water I'm "supposed" to in a day. I make myself a morning drink and eat a little chocolate...

What about celebrating yourself? What about gifting yourself? Are these things selfish? Are these things frivolous? Are these things unimportant?

If you answered yes. We need to talk!

Are you not worthy of gifts? Are you not important to do something for yourself that you like? Who says they are unimportant?

If it helps you to do the things you need to do and get the things done that you need to get done and feel good about it while doing it.

It sounds important to me.

You are important. Take hold of the things that help move you forward.

What is the thing that helps you through the day/week/year?

For me, it's my nails. I can wake up and see something put together and beautiful on me. It doesn't change me but it accentuates me. It pulls to the outside what's on the inside of me. And that's beautiful.
