Good morning- something we wanted to share that hindered his healing process. Spencer had been doing Keto for 5 years.
He had a bad episode with Vertigo about 5.5 years ago. Spencer's 2nd love is nutrition. He went on the Keto journey because this was supposed to help with Vertigo.
Doing Keto damaged his kidneys. This way of eating is only supposed to be done a couple of weeks.
He’ll be back to doing this soon. 😂
